Growth Account Executive (East)

Join Wiz, a leading cloud security company, as a Growth Account Executive. In this role, you will focus on driving new business and expanding our footprint within the SMB segment. You will work alongside a team of experts to understand our customers' complex business problems and provide them with effective security solutions. You will be responsible for executing outbound prospecting strategies, developing and closing business, and building effective working relationships with internal teams. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS or security sales is required, along with strong pipeline generation skills and an understanding of cloud security challenges.

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the SMB market through outbound prospecting strategies.
• Demonstrating an understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and articulating their value to customers, particularly CISO-level executives.
• Developing and closing business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, while aligning with the Wiz partner ecosystem.

• A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS or security sales, selling to SMB or Mid-Enterprise accounts
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a high-growth sales environment
• Must be based in the EST time zone
• Proven track record of effective selling within the specific geographical territory (West Region)
• Strong pipeline generation skills, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Understanding of cloud security challenges and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
• Ability to pivot dynamically in a meeting versus sticking strictly to a script
