Growth Account Executive (West)

Join Wiz, a leading cloud security company, as a Growth Account Executive focused on driving new business and expanding our footprint within the SMB segment. You will work alongside a team of experts to understand our customers' complex business problems and provide tailored security solutions. This role requires a strong ability to generate pipeline, manage full sales cycles, and articulate the value of security solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the SMB market through outbound prospecting strategies.
• Demonstrating an understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and articulating their value to customers, particularly CISO-level executives.
• Developing and closing business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, while aligning with the Wiz partner ecosystem.

• Proven track record of effective selling within the specific geographical territory (West Region)
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a high-growth sales environment
• A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers
• Must be based in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) time zone
• Strong pipeline generation skills, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS or security sales, selling to SMB or Mid-Enterprise accounts
• Understanding of cloud security challenges and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
• Ability to pivot dynamically in a meeting versus sticking strictly to a script
