Renewals Manager (West)

Join Wiz, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Renewals Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quote-to-close process for renewals, achieving quarterly revenue goals, and collaborating with various teams to drive customer retention and expansion. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience, a deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models, and a proven track record of success in previous positions.

• Gérer le processus de renouvellement des contrats, de la préparation des devis à la conclusion des accords, en assurant le respect des délais.
• Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de revenus trimestriels en matière de rétention, de croissance et d'extension des contrats existants.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe de réussite client pour évaluer la santé des clients et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de renouvellement appropriée.

• 2 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence and ability to navigate customer and partner renewal processes per Wiz rules of engagement
• Experience working in a SaaS revenue organization (such as Sales, CSM, or a renewals team)
• Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models, with the ability to learn Wiz's offerings and pricing with agility
• 5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience
• Proven track record of success and over-achievement of renewal quota in previous positions
• Highly collaborative with the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
• Familiarity with systems: Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, ChurnZero
