Senior Financial Manager (Partnerships)

Join Twilio as a Senior Financial Manager (Partnerships) and serve as the primary strategic co-pilot to the VP of Global Partnerships. You will design economic models driving our ecosystem strategy across Cloud Marketplaces, Global Systems Integrators, and ISVs. Your role will involve optimizing Twilio's business through cloud marketplaces, designing revenue-share frameworks, measuring the return on Market Development Funds, and leading global partner forecasting and capacity planning. You will also collaborate with various teams to build scalable reporting infrastructure and identify margin drivers within the partner ecosystem.

• Serve as the primary strategic co-pilot to the VP of Global Partnerships, designing economic models and driving ecosystem strategy.
• Act as the primary financial and strategic advisor to the VP of Global Partnerships and his global leadership team, delivering synthesized quarterly board-level narratives.
• Lead global partner forecasting, capacity planning, and multi-year investment modeling, defining and monitoring critical partner metrics.

• Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
• Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Ability to work independently and think strategically
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle a plus
