Director of Business Intelligence

Join Sprinklr, a leading customer experience management platform, as the Director of Business Intelligence. In this role, you will translate the enterprise BI strategy into a prioritized roadmap, oversee data engineering, data science, governance, analytics, and enterprise application integrations, and connect data and analytics investments to measurable business value. You will also lead a global team of BI engineers, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, and own the BI technology stack, vendor strategy, modernization roadmap, budget, and resource planning.

• Translate the BI strategy into a prioritized, multi-quarter roadmap and manage project intake and delivery in line with business priorities.
• Maintain strong strategic relationships and partner closely on high-priority initiatives for executive leadership.
• Oversee scalable and reliable data architecture, warehouses, models, semantic layers, metadata, and ETL/ELT pipelines.

• The ideal candidate combines technical depth, business acumen, and experience scaling high-performing BI teams in a global SaaS environment
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions and translate complex data into clear business value
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM) and their data models, such as Salesforce, Workday and NetSuite
• Experience establishing data governance and quality frameworks and delivering measurable results through AI-enabled automation, predictive analytics, or productivity improvements
• Strong expertise in modern enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake, Power BI and/or Tableau, SQL, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, with the ability to guide architecture and technical decisions
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase BI programs, competing priorities and budgets in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or enterprise data management, including at least five years leading technical teams and delivering scalable BI and analytics solutions in a high-growth, global software or SaaS environment
