Associate Technical Account Manager

• Support a portfolio of customer accounts to help them realize value from Recorded Future’s products and services, as guided by a Technical Account Manager.
• Handle customer support escalations effectively, achieving high customer satisfaction and driving the customer lifecycle.
• Maintain administrative rigor in Recorded Future systems of record with meaningful updates on routine customer interactions.

• Foundational understanding of basic intelligence concepts and common security frameworks
• Strong project management skills
• A customer-focused growth mindset and boundless curiosity
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, information systems, intelligence studies, or a related field
• Strong foundational verbal and written communications, attention to detail, and a drive to learn quickly
• Foundational understanding of fundamental intelligence concepts, frameworks and tradecraft, cyber security tooling, and SaaS environments
