Agent Experience Coordinator

Join Compass as an Agent Experience Coordinator, where you will be the first point of contact for customers in our office. You will create a welcoming environment, support customers with our tools and programs, and assist with marketing requests. Your role will involve managing office organization, providing technology support, and collaborating with other team members. A passion for customer service and community building is essential.

• Curate a 5-star welcome experience for customers and ensure that Compass office standards are maintained.
• Support customers with tools and programs, assist with marketing requests, and provide 1:1 support for technology adoption.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to address questions, gather feedback, and provide ad-hoc administrative assistance.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus
• 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
• A passion for creating community within a space; you encourage in-office interaction, bonding, and engagement
• Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus
• Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
• Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic to customers' pain points
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to adapt and formulate solutions quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
