Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner II, where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strategic recruitment plans, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with business leaders, leverage various recruitment tools, and support other HR-related tasks and projects. This is a contract position with a focus on advancing space-based technology and safeguarding national security.

• Typically 2+ years of related experience
• Experience using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Able to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline
• Ability to promote strategic ideas and works closely with business leadership to impact talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand
• Possesses recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business groups operations and basic knowledge of overall recruiting strategies
• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
