Recruiting Coordinator

Join Notion's People Team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in creating a thoughtful and human candidate experience. You'll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews, collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, and help refine our processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage and schedule a high volume of interviews, balancing speed with attention to detail, and keeping candidates and interviewers aligned.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of the hiring process, including light sourcing work and process improvements, to build a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
• 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
• A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
• Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
