Manager of Corporate Strategy

Join ServiceNow as the Manager of Corporate Strategy, where you will work closely with the CFO, executive leadership team, and the Board of Directors. You will own workstreams on enterprise-level strategic questions, build the fact base, write and present materials, and partner with Corporate Development and Ventures. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong quantitative skills, and 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or industry.

• Ownership of workstreams on enterprise-level strategic questions, from framing the problem to final recommendation.
• Building the fact base, including market and competitive analysis, customer and financial analysis, and synthesis of internal data and external research.
• Writing and presenting materials for the CFO, the executive leadership team, and the Board, and working with business unit and functional leaders to test recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Good judgment about what matters, and the ability to work comfortably with senior stakeholders
• Clear writing. You can make an argument in one page
• Experience in enterprise software or technology is a plus
• Strong quantitative skills and financial fluency. You are comfortable with P&Ls, unit economics, and building and reading models
• 5+ years of experience, including time at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a comparable strategy firm. We welcome candidates coming directly from consulting and candidates who have since moved into industry
• A record of structuring unclear problems and reaching a recommendation that holds up under scrutiny
