Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Join our fast-growing company as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager. In this hands-on role, you will execute and scale our email and automation program, focusing on template architecture, targeted deliveries, and testing. You will work within a mature HubSpot environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into reliable, maintainable email systems. • Exploiter un modèle de données HubSpot complexe pour segmenter les audiences et cibler les emails.

• Ability to work up, down, and across all levels at the organization, i.e., Analysts to C-Suite
• Strong working knowledge of HubL, including conditionals and dynamic logic
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and can code email templates from scratch
• A roll-up your sleeves mentality with excitement to research and learn what you don’t know
• Technical, data-driven approach to email marketing
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role building, targeting, sending, and analyzing emails in HubSpot
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize accordingly to meet deadlines amid ambiguity
• Experience working with custom objects and association labels in HubSpot
• Proven ability to build and maintain complex workflows with layered branching logic
