Customer Solutions Manager – North America - 100% Remote

Join SkillCorner, the global leader in AI-driven sports data. As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will strengthen relationships and outcomes for soccer/football customers across North America. You will lead onboarding, education, and training, provide support, and communicate customer feedback to various teams. This is a remote position based in the United States, with regular travel across North America and occasional visits to Paris.

• Lead new-customer and new-product onboarding, education and training, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of SkillCorner's offerings.
• Create and present tailored analysis that demonstrates how SkillCorner data supports recruitment, scouting, and performance workflows for customers.
• Build success plans, monitor adoption, and identify risks and expansion opportunities, collaborating with Business Development to drive growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English; professional Spanish is also strongly preferred.

• Deep knowledge of football/soccer and the North American sporting landscape.

• Experience working with sports data and presenting analysis to professional stakeholders.

• Excellent written communication, facilitation, time management and problem solving.

• Ability and willingness to travel across the region.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a club, league, federation, agency or sports-technology customer-success role.

• Claude, Python and SQL, plus experience with BI tools, APIs or data pipelines.

• Knowledge of scouting, recruitment and player-performance analysis in US and Mexican football.
