Customer Support Representative

Join AssetWatch as a Customer Support Representative, where you will develop a deep understanding of our products and services to support external customers with hardware and network outages. You will manage multiple incoming support requests, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and work across multiple departments to deliver a world-class customer experience. • Develop an understanding of AssetWatch products and services to support hardware and network outages for external customers.
• Manage multiple incoming streams of support requests and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenging cases.
• Utilize numerous software tools to accurately diagnose problems and proceed with the correct solution, while meeting case and customer response time quotas.

• 2+ Years of customer service interaction, in person or virtual
• 2+ Years of some form of technical support or equivalent experience
• Ability to use remote communication tools to interact and add value to internal
• Experience with high volume support ticketing systems
• And external stakeholders (ie. Zoom, Slack, etc)
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
