Recruiting Assistant

Join our team as a Recruiting Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in identifying top candidates for software engineer summer internship positions. You will review inbound applications, evaluate qualifications, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles and screening criteria. You will also maintain accurate records in our Greenhouse ATS and ensure a positive experience for candidates from application to onboarding. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment that requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a passion for education and technology.

• Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria to help identify top candidates.
• Participate in kickoff meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles and screening criteria.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members and hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and continue to calibrate on candidate profiles.

• Experience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualifications
• Interest in learning to review and evaluate technical candidate profiles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent event and project/program coordination skills
• 1+ years of relevant experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination, some technical recruiting experience is a plus
• Passionate about education and technology
• Energetic and eager to learn, with a constant drive to improve skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google Suite a plus
