Enterprise Technical Account Manager (AMER)

Join as an Enterprise Technical Account Manager, where you'll be responsible for the technical integration of our API-first promotion engine into enterprise clients' ecosystems. You'll proactively monitor API usage, resolve recurring issues, and manage escalations in collaboration with our Engineering and Customer Success teams. This strategic role also involves exploring new tech partnerships and integration opportunities. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role, a proven track record with SaaS products, and excellent communication skills.

• 4+ years of previous experience working as a Technical Account Manager, Integrations Consultant, , or similar technical client-facing role
• Proven experience with SaaS based products
• Demonstrated ability to successfully handle the demands of Enterprise accounts, including complex stakeholder management
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood and concise language to both technical and non-technical professionals
• Stay calm, patient, and professional while managing high-stakes customer relationships
• High level of problem-solving attitude in a troubleshooting environment
• Analytical understanding with a high focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience owning API integrations end-to-end for enterprise-level accounts
