Senior Marketing Operations Specialist (Technology & AI)

Join our dynamic Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist. In this role, you will own and evolve the architecture, integrations, and technical capabilities of our marketing technology ecosystem. You will work hands-on to solve complex problems, connect systems, experiment with new technologies, and help Marketing move faster and generate more pipeline. AI will be a major part of how we scale, and you will help identify where it can create the most value, rapidly test new ideas, and turn successful experiments into scalable capabilities.

• Experience designing system architecture, integrations, automated workflows, and solutions across multiple platforms
• Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, especially Marketo and Salesforce
• Practical experience with generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role, or equivalent demonstrated technical depth
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations
• Experience with platforms such as 6sense, Qualified, or similar marketing and revenue technologies
