AI Engineer

Join our high-growth fintech scale-up as an AI Engineer. You'll work on LLM agents and custom ML, shaping the technical direction of our agent pipelines and evaluation processes. You'll also be responsible for our prediction models for financials and deals, getting work into production, and raising the bar in the team. • Design and implement agent pipelines, including architecture, tools, and model selection.
• Evaluate the performance of agents and models, including offline reference sets and live production evaluations.
• Lead the development and deployment of prediction models for financials and deals, including features, validation, and retraining.

• In the last 1–2 years you've shipped LLM agents or pipelines that real users depend on, not demos
• You care about the user outcome more than the technique. Ideas without a clear customer benefit don't get built here, however interesting
• You have modelling judgement. You've dealt with leakage, distribution shift and calibration on real data
• You've built and owned ML systems in production for years, typically 6+ in ML or software engineering
• You measure before you claim. You can build an evaluation set and tell an honest improvement from a lucky one
• Nice to have: time-to-event modelling, noisy or conflicting data sources, financial or private-company data. No finance background needed
