Senior Director HR Business Partner

You will counsel executives on complex HR matters, develop and drive HR programs, lead organizational design and change management efforts, and analyze people trends to shape people strategy. • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders, helping them achieve business results while strengthening team performance, culture, and retention.
• Develop and drive HR programs and initiatives across performance management, compensation, employee development, and succession planning.
• Lead organizational design, re-org, and change management efforts, including acquisition integration work.

• Proficiency with HRIS, engagement survey tools, and performance management systems
• Exceptional judgment and communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and push back when needed
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent priority-setting and project and time management skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting business needs
• Strong knowledge of HR operational practice, including employee relations, compensation, leave management, and employment law
• Experience scaling HR functions in a high-growth environment preferred
• High professional standards and a strong customer experience mentality, with an energetic, positive attitude and the ability to quickly build partnerships, relationships, and trust
• Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows and improve efficiency
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience advising senior and executive leadership
