Developer Support Engineer

• Assurer le support technique pour les annonceurs utilisant Unity Ads, en résolvant les problèmes liés à la livraison des campagnes, au ROAS, à l'attribution et aux rapports.
• Enquêter sur les problèmes d'intégration MMP et les écarts de données en utilisant SQL et les tableaux de bord internes.
• Collaborer avec l'ingénierie et le produit pour reproduire les problèmes, rédiger des rapports de bogues clairs et conduire les corrections.

• This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English
• Comfort learning new technical domains and products quickly
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing or support role
• Ability to write SQL queries to investigate and validate data
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent cases
• Experience with ad monetization or mediation platforms (e.g., LevelPlay/ironSource, AdMob)
• Python or API experience
• Familiarity with SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit and mobile privacy frameworks
• Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular or Tenjin
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira or Looker
• Familiarity with mobile app development or the Unity engine
• Experience with mobile user acquisition and ad tech concepts (CPI, ROAS, attribution)
