Description:
Tesla is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to support recruiting efforts for our G&A teams. We hire the talent responsible for keeping Tesla running, from Finance to Human Resources, Legal, and Environmental Health & Safety. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best talent to Tesla.  This role is onsite in either Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:
Identify and engage passive talent for roles across finance, legal, human resources, and environmental health & safety
Lead the sourcing process, ensuring world-class candidate experience
Share your deep knowledge of Tesla's business and expertise regarding your specific client group
Engage as the subject matter expert and serve as an advisor to internal clients with regards to recruiting best practices
Utilize multiple sourcing techniques and develop innovative and effective strategies to ensure a qualified, well-rounded and diverse candidate pipeline
Iterate and improve sourcing processes to help us operate more efficiently at scale
Partner closely with recruiters to deliver an amazing candidate and client experience

Requirements:
2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
Experience assessing G&A talent is highly preferred
Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, ATS systems)
Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
Proficiency in traditional and unique sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks, in addition to demonstrated ability to source beneath the surface
Experience partnering with a senior recruiting and hiring team to strategize on identifying top talent

Expected Compensation
$64,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
