Software Engineer (Trust & Safety)

You will design, develop, test, and scale backend implementations, collaborate with multi-functional teams, and proactively find opportunities for improvement. • Concevoir, développer, tester, refactoriser et mettre à l'échelle les implémentations backend de nouvelles fonctionnalités de produits.
• Collaborer avec des équipes multifonctionnelles pour comprendre les difficultés des membres et proposer des solutions créatives.
• Diriger des projets clés de bout en bout en définissant la direction technique, en façonnant l'architecture du système et en mentorant les ingénieurs.

• 3+ years developing software in a production environment at scale
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
• A desire to learn and dive into the deepest levels of how things work
• Experience working with transactional databases and caching systems
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
• An appreciation of maintainable and well-tested code
• Start-up experience as an added plus
