Senior Product Designer (Real Estate Transactions)

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer, where you will lead the design process for complex real estate transaction workflows. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create simple and intuitive user experiences. Your expertise in UX design, data analysis, and collaboration will be key to the success of our products. This is a contract position reporting to the Design Director, Product Design.

• Lead the full lifecycle of design projects, from ideation to implementation, for complex real estate transaction workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define strategies and execute product requirements.
• Conduct design research, leverage analytics, and utilize user feedback to continuously improve and validate design solutions.

• Production quality, specialist knowledge of Figma tools, Claude Design, Google Suite
• Ability to work with autonomy and flexibility
• Knowledge of modern, emerging web and mobile UI patterns and design tools
• Strong UX writing skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• 4+ years of user experience (UX) design work
• Customer orientation
• Ability to fluently communicate design ideas persuasively and concisely in English
• Proven success in simplifying complex workstreams into simple, intuitive experiences
• Expert user research, storytelling, and prototyping skills
• Experience in designing enterprise level financial tools is a plus
