Director of SEO

Join Croud, a leading digital marketing agency, as the Director of SEO. In this role, you will support the SEO Director and VP Organic Performance, manage and deliver SEO scopes for key clients, and develop and execute client strategies to increase profit and provide excellent customer service. You will also mentor and train team members, ensure client accounts follow SEO best practices, and stay up to date with new market tools and opportunities. • Management and delivery of SEO scopes for clients, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
• Development and execution of client strategy to increase profit, and provide great customer service.
• Mentoring and training team members, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices and continuous improvement.

• You will have excellent knowledge of all component parts of SEO (from technical, to content and PR) and work with our specialist teams in these areas to lead on delivering a unified Organic Search strategy for clients
• You will also be able to articulate SEO strategy to a senior audience, both externally and internally to our cross-channel counterparts
• In-depth demonstrable experience in SEO advertising
• Highly organized and an ability to multitask
• In-depth demonstrable experience in Digital Marketing
• Proven track record of working to deadlines
• Demonstrable line management experience, mentoring & training
• The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies

• Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience
