Account Executive (MSP)

Join LogicMonitor as an Account Executive (MSP) and be a key player in driving the growth of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) business. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle, and grow the annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the company. You will work closely with Sales Engineering resources for technical expertise and accurately forecast your sales opportunities to the LogicMonitor Sales Management Team. • Prospect and build a pipeline of new opportunities while managing the entire sales cycle for both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering resources to provide technical expertise and ensure partners fully experience the product.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and develop a plan to exceed sales targets in your territory.

• Ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
• Commitment to sales success and customer satisfaction, with a strong track record of results
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of both internal teams and customers
• Ability to adhere to best practices for sales forecasting and CRM usage

• Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
• 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably within the SaaS space
• Avid learner—our product and the MSP industry are always evolving, and your knowledge must evolve with them
• Ability to prospect into targeted accounts to generate interest and build pipeline
• Creativity and critical thinking to problem-solving, with a strong desire to be an impact player at a disruptive technology company
