Security Operations Lead

Join Pelico, a fast-growing manufacturing orchestration platform that is redefining the industrial manufacturing industry. As the Security Operations Lead, you will own the operational effectiveness of Pelico's security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management capabilities. This hands-on technical leadership role will require close collaboration with the CISO, Engineering, IT, and external security partners. You will be responsible for implementing and operating SIEM and SOAR capabilities, leading security investigations, managing vulnerability remediation, and strengthening cloud security.

• Own security monitoring, detection, and incident response, implementing and operating SIEM and SOAR capabilities.
• Lead security investigations and response readiness, developing incident response playbooks and automating response actions.
• Own vulnerability management and CNAPP operations, deploying and operating a Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform across in-scope cloud assets.
