Senior Executive Assistant

Join Fieldguide, a high-growth AI startup transforming the audit and advisory space. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will support the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product by managing their schedules, streamlining operations, and anticipating needs in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and gain exposure to EPD strategy and operational execution.

• Manage the calendars of the CTO and VP of Product, balancing competing priorities and ensuring they remain focused on top priorities.
• Coordinate logistics for travel to customer and prospect visits, and industry events, including booking transportation and stay.
• Lead logistics and coordination for sales and customer success team meetings and offsites, including scheduling and agenda.

• A proactive and dependable partner, adept at anticipating needs and driving solutions with minimal direction
• Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment, embracing change with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• A master of details who can prioritize and execute multiple projects seamlessly
• 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite level or senior leaders in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, ideally within technology startups
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and collaboration tools such as Slack
• Passionate about automation and proficient in using AI tools to make EA processes more efficient
