Senior Talent Sourcer (AI Insurance SaaS)

Join our team as a Senior Talent Sourcer for an AI Insurance SaaS company. In this role, you will strategically source candidates, participate in weekly recruiting meetings, and schedule candidates for technical interviews. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, a data-driven approach to sourcing, and a passion for AI technology.

• Participer aux réunions de recrutement hebdomadaires avec les responsables de l'embauche et les parties prenantes pour démontrer des progrès quantifiables dans le remplissage des postes.
• Sourcer stratégiquement 50 à 100 candidats par semaine avec l'objectif d'atteindre un taux de réponse de 20 % ou plus.
• Utiliser les ressources à votre disposition, telles que les annonces d'emploi, les outils de sourcing et LinkedIn Recruiter, pour constituer un vivier de talents.

• Ability to work out of our NYC or Chicago office in 2+ days/week preferred
• ATS (preferably Greenhouse) proficient and savvy in other systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack, etc)
• Data-driven approach to sourcing: you track what’s working, A/B test your outreach, and use numbers to influence hiring managers rather than just report to them
• 5+ years of sourcing & recruiting experience preferably in startup/scaleup environments
• Enthusiastic and extremely motivated to produce and exceed goals while working independently and alongside the team
• The ability to pitch and sell candidates on the opportunity to join a fast growing AI company
• Expertise writing compelling sourcing messages and attracting passive candidates
• AI Tooling: Curious about and comfortable using AI tools to scale sourcing and personalize outreach
