Marketing and Growth Lead

Join Havenly, a leading online interior design service, as a Marketing Operations and Growth Generalist. In this role, you will own the marketing strategy for a set of brands in our portfolio and a defined commercial priority within them. You will work across various marketing teams, analyze performance data, track budgets and ROI, and communicate findings to marketing leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or commercial strategy, and is eager to adopt AI-assisted tools.

• Ownership of the marketing strategy for a set of brands in the portfolio, including direct ownership of some channels and partnership on others.
• Conducting analysis behind marketing performance, including channel performance, spend, funnel data, and campaign workflows, to understand what's working and what isn't.
• Clear communication of findings and recommendations to marketing leadership, and follow-through on what gets decided, ensuring practical changes across brands and channels.

• Understand how the pieces of a marketing engine fit together, from paid and lifecycle to brand and site experience, even if their deepest experience is in one or two areas
• Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next
• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth, marketing operations, commercial strategy, consulting, or a startup generalist role, including working with marketing performance data, budgets, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, GA4, SQL, Excel/Sheets modeling)
• Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done
• Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar
• Bonus points if you also have experience with DTC or multi-brand ecommerce, retail or B2B/trade marketing, or early-stage startups
