Ecosystem Growth Manager

Join Uniswap, a leading decentralized finance protocol, as a Growth Manager for Enterprise Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the reach of the Uniswap Protocol and growing structured products across institutional and fintech partners. You will own high-impact relationships, execute go-to-market strategies, and analyze competitive market trends. • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de mise sur le marché pour accroître l'adoption de l'API parmi les institutions financières traditionnelles, les entreprises fintech, les gestionnaires d'actifs et les sociétés de trading.
• Établir et gérer des relations avec des partenaires stratégiques, en assurant le développement proactif des relations, l'intégration et le succès à long terme.
• Analyser les tendances et les comportements du marché concurrentiel pour identifier des opportunités uniques qui augmentent le volume du protocole, la gestion active de la liquidité et l'engagement à long terme.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, API integrations, and trading workflows; familiarity with decentralized markets a plus
• Strategic thinker with a network of institutional and fintech contacts and the ability to build deep, long-term relationships
• Relevant business development, partnerships, trading desk, or client management experience in traditional finance, fintech, or trading infrastructure
• Ability to speak credibly with senior technical and commercial stakeholders; excellent presentation and communication skills

• Prior experience at a major fintech, exchange, or HFT/market-making firm
• Deeply integrated with DeFi ecosystem partners and trading protocols
• Technical experience working on crypto protocols, DeFi, or open source software
