Director of Product Management (Fraud)

Join Upgrade, a leading fintech company, as the Director of Product Management for our Fraud team. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives shaping our end-to-end fraud detection architecture, advanced risk models, third-party data integrations, and consumer verification systems. You will spearhead engineering scrum teams, resolve cross-functional trade-offs, and partner closely with fraud management, information security, data, and operations to deliver impactful outcomes. This role is perfect for seasoned product leaders with 10+ years of experience in fast-paced fintech environments.

• Conduire le développement de produits pour l'infrastructure de fraude d'Upgrade, y compris la détection, les modèles, l'intégration de données tierces et les mesures de vérification des consommateurs.
• Faciliter la prise de décision interfonctionnelle, en conduisant les compromis clés entre la conversion, la prévention de la fraude, la sécurité de l'information et les considérations opérationnelles.

• Experience with third party APIs & solutions integration
• Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and AB testing software
• 10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proven track record in leadership, organizational conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making
• Significant expertise in fraud strategies, models, data sources and infrastructure in a Fintech environment preferred
