Strategic Finance & Analytics Principal (Acquisition)

Join our team as a Strategic Finance & Analytics Principal, where you will partner with senior leaders to drive high-quality host supply growth. You will become the subject matter expert on host lead sourcing, pricing, and conversion, and will own the recommendation and analysis. Your responsibilities will include lead generation performance management, full-funnel analytics, sales operations design, marketing investment allocation, and executive communication. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent financial modeling skills.

• Partnership with senior leaders to grow high-quality host supply and become the subject matter expert on lead sourcing, pricing, and conversion.
• Ownership of forecasting, goal setting, and executive reporting for lead generation, building scalable frameworks that connect lead volume and quality to activation and revenue.
• Optimization of sales operations across in-house and vendor channels, spanning capacity planning, routing and prioritization logic, incentive structures, and cost-per-activation economics.

• Preferred: experience in lead generation, supply or customer acquisition, marketing mix and channel efficiency analysis, or evaluating the effectiveness of in-house and outsourced sales channels
• 10+ years in an analytical role such as strategic finance, strategy or management consulting, investment banking, financial planning and analysis, business operations, or private equity, with ownership of recommendations rather than analysis alone
• High ownership and sound judgment in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with rigorous attention to detail
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, with a track record of translating ambiguous data into decisions senior leaders act on
• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to independently extract and interrogate large datasets, with working SQL proficiency
• Excellent executive communication: leads with the recommendation, calibrates to the audience, and defends assumptions under live scrutiny
