Sales Manager (Enterprise)

Join Baseten, a leading AI infrastructure company, as a Sales Manager (Enterprise). In this role, you will build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on large digital natives and category leaders in software, financial services, and healthcare. You will recruit and develop reps, coach them through long sales cycles, and contribute to the go-to-market strategy. This is a remote-first position with regular in-person team summits, unlimited PTO, full healthcare coverage, paid parental leave, and a learning and development budget.

• Recruit, hire, and ramp a team of Enterprise sellers, coaching them through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for your territory, including which verticals to attack first.
• Operate as a player-coach, carrying deals yourself while the team builds, and staying deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations.

• Based in New York and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
• Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
• Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, public sector)
• A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally on a new or early-stage team
• Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
• 8+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
• Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
