• Build and maintain a real-time picture of the emerging cloud and international compute landscape, including identifying and sourcing new providers.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle in the emerging cloud and international markets, from identifying opportunities to negotiating terms and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with the broader Supply and Deals functions to bring opportunities to the table and support negotiation when it's time to close.

• Comfortable with a role that offers strong equity upside in exchange for being early and building something from scratch, versus a purely cash-heavy comp structure elsewhere in the market
• Background as a broker or market participant in the compute/cloud space is a plus, though we're looking for relationship-builders, not high-pressure sales types
• Creative-thinkers with the ability to build strong rapport with all types of people at all levels of an organization
• Equal parts relationship-builder and operator — you can open a door and also drive it all the way to a closed deal, not just make the introduction
• Self-directed and high-energy; thrives operating with real autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-changing market
• Prior experience at a neocloud, GPU marketplace, or compute brokerage
• Experience building channel or ecosystem partnership programs at scale
• Existing network within emerging cloud providers, GPU brokers, or international compute markets
