Job Description

Join Courier Health, a company dedicated to providing patients with faster and better access to life-saving therapies. As the Principal Product Manager, you will own the strategy and outcomes for a major area of the Courier platform, from initial customer conversations to launch and adoption. You will define the purpose of your part of the platform, create a coherent strategy from scattered customer requests, and translate company strategy, customer needs, technical foundations, and commercial priorities into a clear sequence of investments. You will also spend time with brand teams, patient services leaders, hub operations, and the people using Courier every day to define success and measure outcomes. Additionally, you will set the standard for product discovery, specifications, and outcome measurement, mentor other product managers, and partner closely with engineering and design.

  • You go to the customer. You’re as comfortable in a working session with an operations team as you are presenting a strategy to executives
  • Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity. You build context quickly and hold yourself accountable to measurable outcomes
  • You lead through influence. You’ve aligned teams that don’t report to you and made the PMs around you better
  • You make sharp product decisions, balancing customer needs, commercial value, technical foundations, and long-term platform leverage
  • Strong technical judgment across data models, system design, and platform architecture. You don’t need to code, but engineers see you as a rigorous partner
  • 8+ years in product management at a B2B software company, including ownership of a major product area or platform for enterprise customers
  • You communicate clearly across engineering, design, commercial teams, and executives, especially when the tradeoffs are hard
  • You treat security, privacy, and data quality as design requirements from day one, especially when sensitive health data is involved
  • A track record of shipping products that moved measurable outcomes: adoption, retention, launch speed, or cost to serve
  • You know patient support programs, specialty pharmacy, hub services, or field reimbursement workflows firsthand
  • You’ve worked with Salesforce, Veeva, or CRM ecosystems
  • You’ve shipped in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or GxP
  • You’ve built LLM-powered product features
  • You’ve helped define the product function at an early-stage company
