Investment Banking & Capital Markets (Leveraged Finance Associate)

Join our Investment Banking & Capital Markets team as a Leveraged Finance Associate. In this role, you will provide a full range of advisory and financing products and services to large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, and financial sponsors. You will conduct in-depth company and industry research, support the execution of client advisory and financial transactions, prepare marketing materials and transaction documentation, and conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this role.

• Conducting in-depth company and industry research and analysis, and supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions.
• Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis.
• Conducting detailed financial modelling, valuation and forecasting of financial statements, and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, product and market knowledge
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
• Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise
• SIE, Series 63 and Series 79
• Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and to make sound business recommendations
