Job Description

Join CoreWeave, a leading infrastructure provider for advanced AI. As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will work directly with the CFO and shape how leadership, the Board, and the public markets understand the company. You will own critical aspects of forecasting and planning, drive planning for public earnings cycles, define and track key performance indicators, build executive and Board materials, support earnings preparation and investor dialogue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, deep modeling skills, clear writing and presenting abilities, and a minimum of 4 years of finance experience.

  • Ownership of key parts of the three-statement model and cash forecast, turning contracted revenue, capacity deployment, and capex plans into an outlook for leadership.
  • Driving planning that leads up to public earnings cycles, pressure-testing assumptions, and clearly explaining changes.
  • Defining and tracking metrics that show business performance, presenting critical topics to leadership.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace. You build structure where none exists and own critical processes
  • Working knowledge of accounting that affects the forecast (revenue recognition, leases, capex)
  • Deep modeling skill: three-statement models, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis you can build and defend
  • Clear writing and presenting for senior audiences, including executives and the Board
  • 4+ years in finance, ideally most recently in central or corporate FP&A at a large-scale technology company or fast-paced startup
  • Sound judgment about what matters. You can take a messy set of inputs and produce a clear recommendation
  • This position requires access to export controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, (B) eligible to access the export controlled information without a required export authorization, or (C) eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency. CoreWeave may, for legitimate business reasons, decline to pursue any export licensing process
