Manager of Strategic Finance

As the Manager of Strategic Finance, you will work directly with the CFO and shape how leadership, the Board, and the public markets understand the company. You will own critical aspects of forecasting and planning, define and track key performance indicators, build executive and Board materials, support earnings preparation and investor dialogue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of finance experience, comfort with ambiguity, clear writing and presenting skills, working knowledge of accounting, sound judgment, and deep modeling skills.

• Ownership of key parts of the three-statement model and cash forecast, turning contracted revenue, capacity deployment, and capex plans into an outlook for leadership.
• Driving planning that leads up to public earnings cycles, pressure-testing assumptions, and clearly explaining changes.
• Defining and tracking metrics that show business performance, from contract economics to margins to capital efficiency, and presenting critical topics to leadership.

• 4+ years in finance, ideally most recently in central or corporate FP&A at a large-scale technology company or fast-paced startup
• Comfort with ambiguity and pace. You build structure where none exists and own critical processes
• Clear writing and presenting for senior audiences, including executives and the Board
• Working knowledge of accounting that affects the forecast (revenue recognition, leases, capex)
• Sound judgment about what matters. You can take a messy set of inputs and produce a clear recommendation
• Deep modeling skill: three-statement models, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis you can build and defend
