Solutions Engineer

Join Sona, an AI-native workforce management platform for frontline organizations. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll play a key role in expanding Sona's presence in the US market, working primarily in the Hospitality and Retail sectors. You'll be responsible for leading the technical and solution-led side of the sales process, partnering with Account Executives, and developing US-specific sales assets. This is a founding role with significant influence on Sona's success in the US.

• Own the technical and solution-led side of the US sales process, from discovery through to proof-of-concept engagements and RFP responses.
• Partner with Account Executives to tailor and lead product demonstrations that connect Sona's capabilities to customer pain points and business outcomes.
• Develop and refine US-specific technical sales assets, including demo environments, competitive positioning, and sector-specific playbooks.
