Member Growth Operations Associate Manager

Join Virta Health as a Member Growth Operations Associate Manager. In this hands-on role, you will help evolve member communications across email, direct mail, and SMS. You will partner with various teams to translate business and client needs into operational requirements and bring new capabilities into use. You will independently manage ongoing campaigns, execute and maintain current programs, and help build the systems that enable our next stage of growth.

• Independently manage assigned ongoing campaigns and launch work across email, direct mail, and SMS, including configuration, timelines, approvals, vendor coordination, and delivery.
• Build and update Braze campaigns and Canvases, maintain client-specific content and catalog data, and support accurate application of contact preferences and suppression rules.
• Lead end-to-end QA of content, dynamic logic, audience criteria, links, and technical configuration; troubleshoot issues and strengthen controls to prevent recurrence.

• Strong project ownership and communication skills, with the judgment to prioritize improvements alongside ongoing delivery, manage dependencies, and guide teammates through changes
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining scalable workflows in Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform, including automation, segmentation, and dynamic content
• Ability to translate business needs into system and data requirements, partner effectively with technical teams, and validate campaign logic and data quality through disciplined QA
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, lifecycle operations, marketing technology, or a related field, with independent ownership of complex campaigns and operational improvements

• Hands-on experience with Braze Canvases, Catalogs, Content Blocks, and Liquid personalization
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SQL, APIs, or data integrations used to build, validate, or troubleshoot marketing workflows
• Experience with healthcare, benefits, or other environments with complex eligibility, client-specific requirements, and sensitive data
• Experience supporting direct mail or SMS programs, including vendor coordination and cross-channel contact rules
