Senior Analyst of Data Strategy

Join our team as a Senior Analyst of Data Strategy, where you will develop and deliver accurate reporting aligned with client KPIs, translate performance data into insights, and support the development of measurement frameworks. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity and actionable reporting outputs, contribute to Tableau dashboard builds, and assist in integrating advanced analytics outputs into client reporting. Additionally, you will identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities within campaign data, and ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs.

• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting with accuracy, clarity, and alignment to client KPIs.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and optimization recommendations, and support the development and refinement of measurement frameworks.
• Partner with Strategy, Media, Client Services, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure data integrity and actionable reporting outputs.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing measurement tools, such as Crossix, and the ability to interpret their outputs for client reporting and recommendations
• Ability to translate complex data into insights for non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
• Organized and able to manage multiple deliverables across timelines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional media performance metrics
• Working knowledge of tagging systems and campaign performance datasets
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Tableau
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or media analytics, including experience analyzing pharmaceutical marketing campaigns
