Technical Recruiter

Join Filevine, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles across Engineering and Product. You will proactively source candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial screenings, and manage the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, a solid understanding of technical concepts, and experience with modern ATS platforms.

• Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product, from kick-off intake meetings to offer acceptance.
• Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative sourcing strategies to engage talent for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Collaborate closely with engineering managers and leaders to define role requirements, align on candidate specs, and establish realistic hiring timelines.

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment (agency or in-house)
• Solid Technical Understanding: Comfortable discussing technical concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering team structures
• Experience with Modern ATS: Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Organized & Goal-Driven: Ability to manage multiple active requisitions concurrently while maintaining high quality, organization, and attention to detail
• Proven Sourcing Skills: Experience going beyond inbound applicants to proactively source, engage, and convert prospective candidates
• Strong Stakeholder Communication: Ability to build trust with hiring managers, provide pipeline updates, and offer practical guidance throughout the hiring process
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, AI/ML, or product-led organizations
• Exposure to both agency and in-house recruiting environments
