Technical Recruiter

Join Filevine, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles across Engineering and Product. You will proactively source candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial screenings, and manage the candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience who is comfortable discussing technical concepts and has a strong understanding of the SaaS industry.

• Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product, from kick-off intake meetings to offer acceptance.
• Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative sourcing strategies to engage talent for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Collaborate closely with engineering managers and leaders to define role requirements, align on candidate specs, and establish realistic hiring timelines.

• Experience with Modern ATS: Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Solid Technical Understanding: Comfortable discussing technical concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering team structures
• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment (agency or in-house)
• Strong Stakeholder Communication: Ability to build trust with hiring managers, provide pipeline updates, and offer practical guidance throughout the hiring process
• Proven Sourcing Skills: Experience going beyond inbound applicants to proactively source, engage, and convert prospective candidates
• Organized & Goal-Driven: Ability to manage multiple active requisitions concurrently while maintaining high quality, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, AI/ML, or product-led organizations
• Exposure to both agency and in-house recruiting environments
