You will assist with the coordination and management of the Housekeeping addition, you will be responsible for:- Sharing responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the Housekeeping department- Collaborating with internal and external cleaning staff- Ensuring and implementing Motel One’s housekeeping standards, as well as being responsible for cleanliness in all areas- Sharing responsibility for conducting internal coaching sessions, cross-training, and onboarding new housekeeping employees- Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of work through collaboration in our multicultural teamsBenefits:- Bonus program:
