Corporate Banking Operations Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support payments, cash management, trade finance, and client service activities while ensuring operational excellence. Client Details Our client is a leading international financial institution supporting corporate clients across global markets.

Description Process and monitor domestic and international payment transactions. Manage client and internal stakeholder queries via email and telephone. Support cash management and banking operations activities.

Handle trade finance documentation and transaction follow-up. Maintain banking records, account administration, and compliance-related updates. Contribute to operational controls, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business. Previous experience of 2 to 5 years in banking operations, payments, back office, or financial services. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Fluent in English, Dutch and French are a plus. Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
