Manage budgets for expenses and investments of the Sell-Out Field Promoter team. Promote Ceva’s product portfolio and negotiate product usage with farmers to improve farm performance. Monitor performance data and quotas, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and providing feedback at country level.

Coach and develop Sell-Out Field Promoters to enhance skills and retain talent.
