Job Description
Join MSX International, a leading global provider of automotive services. As a Recall Event Coordinator, you will support the Parts & Services Manager in planning, executing, and following up on vehicle safety and recall campaigns. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and ensure compliance with legal and internal guidelines. Strong organizational and project management skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Ondersteunen bij de uitrol en implementatie van voertuigveiligheids- en terugroepcampagnes binnen de lokale markt.
- Coördineren van externe partners en agentschappen die betrokken zijn bij de campagne-uitvoering, waar van toepassing.
- Monitoren van campagneprestaties, waaronder klantbereik, effectiviteit van communicatie, afspraakconversie en reparatiegraad.
