Inside Sales medewerker 2-talig (Engels/Frans)

For a dynamic international company in Merchtem, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who combines customer service with commercial flair and a technical interest. You enjoy working in a role where you interact daily with customers, the sales team and internal departments, and where you can make a real impact on business growth and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the main commercial and customer-oriented point of contact for your region.

Working closely with the External Sales Representative, you will build strong customer relationships and help expand the customer portfolio. You will manage a combination of new and existing customers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and professionally, from quotations to follow-up.

Your responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers and further developing existing customer relationships.
• Growing existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Preparing and following up on quotations and price calculations.
• Processing orders and encouraging customers to use the E-Shop.
• Maintaining daily customer contact by phone and email, with a focus on commercial growth.
• Keeping customer information up to date in ERP/CRM systems.
• Identifying customer needs and commercial opportunities.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer questions and support.
• Working closely with the External Sales Representative on reporting and follow-up.
• You have a strong hunter mentality and a clear commercial drive to win new customers.
• You have a commercial and/or technical background.
• You have experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical environment.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You are comfortable working with Excel and general IT tools.
• You have strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
