Junior Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities Provide 1st-level IT support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software and access-related issues. Support users in a Windows environment , resolving day-to-day technical incidents.

Manage user accounts, permissions and access through Entra ID / Azure . Investigate incidents, identify recurring issues and escalate more complex problems when required. Document solutions and contribute to maintaining a clear and efficient support process .

Work closely with the wider IT team while progressively taking ownership of more technical tasks. Junior Support Engineer - Profile You recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field . You already have some initial experience in IT Support / Helpdesk , through an internship, student job or first professional experience.

You have a good understanding of Windows environments and basic troubleshooting. You have some knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Entra ID or are motivated to develop your skills in these technologies. You are curious, solution-oriented and eager to learn , with a genuine interest in IT infrastructure and support.

You are comfortable communicating with users and working in an international environment . You speak fluently English.
