Junior Data & Reporting Analyst

Department You will join the Reporting Services team, which empowers Robeco’s Operations and Investment teams by delivering high-end, strategic, client-centric, digital, and data-driven reporting solutions for both internal and external clients. Within the Reporting Services team, we have two sub-teams: the Business Insight Center and Client Insight Reporting. The Business Insight Center focuses on business intelligence and analytics, while Client Insight Reporting develops and delivers client-facing reporting solutions.

In this role, you will be part of the Client Insight Reporting team. This team is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting for Robeco’s clients. The team combines data, reporting expertise and technology to transform complex information into clear reporting solutions for clients.

By working closely with Robeco’s business teams, Client Insight Reporting helps to ensure the right information is available in the right format, at the right time. Position & Requirements As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you'll work with data, reporting, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable insights and solutions. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and helping you grow into a data professional.

You will be part of a team that designs, builds, and maintains reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with both IT and business stakeholders and take ownership of delivering reporting solutions. You are expected to work independently while contributing to the continuous improvement of our reporting landscape.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective reporting solutions in close coordination with the development team.
• Support the design, testing, and delivery of reports using tools such as Seismic and Vermilion.
• Build, maintain and improve our reporting solutions.
• Solving incidents and data issues, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Present progress and key updates to internal stakeholders and the broader organization.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a completed HBO or university degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus, but not required.
