Internal Sales Officer | Temporary | 6 months | full-time | Mechelen

Are you highly organized, analytically minded, and comfortable working in an international environment? We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Officer Europe to join a dynamic sales organization on a temporary replacement assignment and play a key role in supporting commercial operations.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will support day-to-day commercial activities and ensure the smooth follow-up of customer and sales processes.

Manage customer and product registration processes Process pricing agreements and upload data into the ERP system Follow-up on orders in close collaboration with Customer Service Maintain daily contact with customers regarding operational matters Monitor and maintain forecast data Analyze sales figures and report deviations Explain increases or decreases in volumes and revenue Collaborate closely with various internal departments, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Documentation Prepare forecast meetings and collect relevant information for management reporting Support after-sales activities and customer follow-up You work in a structured and accurate manner You are proactive and comfortable taking initiative You communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders You possess strong analytical skills You have a good knowledge of Excel Experience with SAP is a strong asset You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken
